How do you take care of your livestock animals?
At Coochee Creek Farms, we take good care of the livestock by providing them with a balanced diet, clean water, a safe and calm environment, and vaccinating them against infectious diseases as scheduled.
How do you protect goats and sheep from external parasites?
At Coochee Creek Farms, we take care of our livestock's health as much as we take care of their food. We protect them from external parasites and seasonal diseases by spraying and bathing their bodies with ectoparasiticides.
How do you prevent and treat worms in your livestock?
At Coochee Creek Farms, we send fecal samples of all the breeds to the diagnostic laboratory to check and identify internal worms and treat them with the medications according to their diagnosis. Moreover, we use adequate medications every four months to prevent worms in the bodies of livestock.
For how long have you been working in the farming industry?
Coochee Creek Farm was established in 2015; however, our farming family dates back over 200 consecutive years. Our farm includes a house and 224 acres of land where thousands of livestock are raised.
